Dr. Todman-Lewis is an accomplished meeting industry professional—a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), a Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP), and a Certified Virtual Events Producer (CVEP). She has planned, supported, and managed events for association markets and local and federal government agencies, ranging from 25 to 16,000 participants and covering a wide range of sensitive subject areas, such as mental health and behavioral disorders, substance abuse, child abuse and neglect, and gender-based diversity. She is also experienced in the facilitation of archived and live-streaming webinars, hybrid meetings, and virtual academies. Dr. Todman-Lewis earned a BA in business administration specializing in marketing from the University of the Virgin Islands and a Master of Tourism Administration focused on event and meeting management from The George Washington University. She earned a Doctor of Business Administration specializing in Leadership from Walden University where her doctoral study entailed exploring strategies that tourism and hospitality professionals have used for crisis preparedness of U.S.-based tourist destinations.
