Senior Associate

Ms. Dillon’s principal areas of expertise are conference and project management. She has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of event management in the corporate and government sectors. Ms. Dillon has substantial experience in the design and logistic implementation of meetings, focus groups, and conferences, primarily in the scientific and biomedical arenas, and has served as project director for numerous conference planning contracts on behalf of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Events managed under these contracts ranged from advisory committee meetings, large-scale conferences featuring concurrent breakout sessions, and virtual and hybrid meetings ranging in size from 100 to more than 900 participants.

Ms. Dillon is experienced in the financial and administrative management of contracts. She is skilled in building and managing relationships and fostering collaboration among partner organizations and internal and external stakeholders to meet program goals. She received her Government Virtual Event Producer (GVEP) certification in 2013. She is a graduate of Trinity Washington University with a BA in American Studies.
