Dr. Frankowski serves on the Science Writing and Data Management teams at RLA. As a writer and analyst, Dr. Frankowski develops advanced documents to move science forward (e.g., literature reviews, meeting reports, and public-facing documents) and delivers high-level research, analysis, and project management support for underlying research projects. His work has supported the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program, the National Institute for Neurological Diseases and Stroke, and the Patient Access to Cancer Care Excellence (PACE) initiative at Eli Lilly. Dr. Frankowski also develops the technical architecture that RLA uses to support data management for its clients. Prior to joining RLA, Dr. Frankowski conducted postdoctoral research and managed a large collection of experimental data sets at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the largest funders of cancer research in the United States. His research on mechanisms of cue-related behavior and their role in obesity and tobacco led to 17 articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Frankowski completed a PhD in neuroscience and an MS in psychology from the University of Georgia and a BS in psychology from the University of California at San Diego.
